InOn Health is a patient engagement platform that sends thousands of text messages every month. These messages include: Appointment reminders, current health information (eg: where to get the COVID vaccine), patient questionnaires and surveys, and many other text messages used to engage patients
InOn Health needed a partner to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to their existing platform. Their previous developers were no longer available to support their complex system. They also needed a robust administration portal for managing their live system.
We contracted with InOn to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to their existing system. We maintain their software applications, including: Ruby on Rails, Ember, and SQL. We perform database updates to run reports, clean data, and optimize their systems. We also maintain their cloud infrastructure, hosted in AWS.
