The Termz mobile application is a tool for real estate agents, allowing them to quickly fill out cumbersome real estate forms on their phone.
The Ask
Their current antiquated process requires filling the form out on a laptop, requiring a significant amount of time, and often leading to lost deals if they cannot get the forms filled out before other offers come in. Termz asked us to design and build a mobile-based system for easily drafting, sending, and signing complex real estate forms.
Our Solution
We designed and built the mobile application and supporting services from the ground up. We worked with MLS data feeds to integrate MLS data into the application. We also built out scalable cloud infrastructure in support of the application
